On Thin Ice: Science on Sphere Story from UMBC CO-LAB & Ocean Research Project

Watch students share what’s up with the Arctic marine ecosystem at this time on planet Earth ON A GLOBE!

Use of our Ocean Research Project expedition footage was tied into a fun 4-week Project challenge with a diverse small team of graduates & undergraduates at UMBC! We turned around a Science on a Sphere Feature Presentation on the Arctic Marine Ecosystem through a CO-LAB summer 2019 program. This presentation will be available for Science on a Sphere venues across the nation including individual datasets to click through and a script for teachers and docents! Let us know if you are interested in a webinar of how to produce spatial science stories on spherical medium. Do you want to see more global structured stories such as microplastic pollution and mapping the uncharted seabed?
