LIONFISH COOKING! In today’s weekly vlog, we sail our sailboat to the beautiful Exumas in the Bahamas and set off on a mission to spearfish some dinner for the crew. After multiple failed attempts we managed to catch our first fish. We catch clean and cook our first lionfish using a pole spear. We share some details of this invasive species and then, we show you how to fillet a yellowfin tuna that was mostly taken by a shark!

We’re Alejo and Andrea, a Colombian / American couple in love with adventuring and exploring the ocean. We previously lived in a converted travel trailer as we explored the best kitesurfing spots of North America, and now we’re living in our off-grid sailboat while managing our online business as digital nomads. We’re now sailing the Caribbean as we explore the best of this blue planet by kiteboarding, free diving, scuba diving, and fishing. ⛵
