Flat bread with your sourdough Discard:
Pour your sourdough discard into an oiled or buttered pan on medium/high heat, sprinkle on sliced spring onions/shallots, fry until golden and crispy, flip, do the same, making sure the spring onion are nice and golden and then enjoy
