BOAT UPGRADE - The Most Affordable High-Output Water-maker? (40 GPH)

This week on Escapade, we install one of the biggest upgrades we’ve been looking forward to… a brand new watermaker.

We already had a watermaker onboard, but it was old, clunky, and increasingly unreliable — not exactly what you want when you’re preparing to head out into the Pacific. If we’re going to be spending long periods off-grid, we need something we can truly rely on… and ideally, something that can keep up with demand too.

Our new Seawater Pro system produces up to 40 gallons per hour, which completely changes the way we can live onboard. Less time worrying about water, more freedom to explore.

In this episode, we take you through how we install it— mounting, plumbing, wiring, and getting everything dialed in — before putting it to the test for the first time.
