Sailing Around the World: Learning to Cook Local Cuisine in Grenada
This week we welcomed our family aboard. This is their first time in Grenada, so we wanted to kick off their visit with a cultural experience they’d never forget! As a family of foodies, we love taking cooking classes when we travel. So, we took a class with Chef Kennedy through Home Hospitality Grenada: a family owned and operated business. We learned how to make Caribbean staples like cod fish cakes, chicken roti and of course, rum punch! 😉 We also got to tour his garden, where we tasted and smelled a variety of fruits and spices.
