Our plans to haul out while house sitting in Cairns were dashed but we keep ourselves busy with plenty of other jobs that we need to do to get Mirrool ship shape after her long voyage in the wilderness. A new friend shows us the fantastic catamaran he is building in his backyard. Troy talks ropes and outboards and our wind generator gets a long-awaited upgrade.
