Main Ingredients:
Potatoes
Medium Onion
Base Spices:
Salt
Turmeric
Chilli Powder
Tempering spices: Mix in a ratio of 2-1-2
Mustard seeds
Yellow Split peas
Cumin Seeds
Basic Steps:
1. Temper Spices
2. Saute Onions until Transculent
3. Throw in pre-boiled, cut potatoes
4. Add in spices
5. Stir and cook until done. Taste for spice adjustments.
