We've been blogging, vlogging and podcasting about living on our boat since 2005. If you love travel, sailing, fishing, diving and photography this might be the channel for you... Each week we post a 15-20 minute snapshot of what we did. It might cover anything from sailing, travelling, meeting people, fishing, cooking, shopping in exotic markets or hanging out on a tropical beach, to boat maintenance (there's a lot of that when you live on a boat) and tackling challenges or bureaucratic conundrums. There's also a fair bit of photography and diving. Even though the world continues to throw spanners at us, we love being perpetual travellers. Like some kind of nautical episode of ‘Back to the Future’, we are in a weird time warp here at Followtheboat. Our regular sailing logs–which out of necessity run a few months behind real time–show Jamie sailing alone in Thailand with Liz back in the UK looking after her ailing mum. And yet, right now, Liz has just returned from her second visit home to tend to her increasingly frail mum while Jamie has been solo-sailing in Thailand.
