Jade and I set the goal to sail the world back when we were just making life plans together. Well here we are, we’ve set off and have started sailing the world. It took getting my dream job as a pilot, and now leaving it behind.
We have an amazing time on Martha’s Vineyard, being liveaboard cruisers and all the fun that comes with it. And then the forecasts start rolling in – Hurricane Henri is going to hit us. Time to tuck tail and run for safer harbors!

Here’s what we *think* we know about her past. Keep in mind we bought her at auction without ever meeting the owner! The owner was sailing along and ran aground – hard. Hard enough that the keel pivoted and pushed the aft end up into the hull. This force cracked the internal grid in several places and broke a portion of the grid free from hull.
