EXPLORING LOCAL AFRICAN CUISINE! Drifting Ep. 52

EXPLORING LOCAL AFRICAN CUISINE! Would YOU EAT THIS?? When travelling in new countries we love trying out the local dishes. Well Tanzania has some interesting ones!
“Daga” are small fish laid out on drying racks until they are completely dry and then sold by the bucket loads on the local markets.
In this vid Robin picks up bag of daga, gets some instruction on how to cook it and try’s his hand at cooking it… The results?
Well, it received mixed reviews!

Visiting different countries comes with its difficulties like trying to source fresh foods… well we almost ended up going back to the boat with a live chicken!!

Thanks for watching!
Much love,
Captain Robin, Charlotte, sailor girl Moya and Midnight, our sailing cat!
