Welcome to Paragon’s Favourite Stuff where we check out the systems, gear, and other stuff we love to use while cruising aboard our Westsail 42 sailboat (and home!) Paragon.
In each video we’ll take a closer look at something that makes our sailing journey safer, more comfortable, or just easier. If we like it then we’ll make a video about it.
This week we head into the galley to get cooking with The Omnia! It’s a compact stovetop oven that stores well and uses a minimal amount of propane while allowing you to make everything you might in a regular oven. Scones, bread, lasagna, baked potatoes, chicken, stew and more!
We show how the Omnia works and then make some cinnamon rolls that will knock your socks off!
