How we caught, Fish, Lobster!!! Living it up at the Abrolhos Islands.
Sailed in to Geraldton for a few days to hide from a big blow. Russ made new bridel lines that broke in Jurien Bay. We then sailed out to the Abrolhos Islands with @SailingZatara with the view to fully experiencing the delights of these famous islands by diving , fishing, kiting and catching lobster. It is so beautiful and serene there. We actually only got to see Pelsaert Island, which is one of the southern islands, but we loved it and loved the superbly clear water and the bright white beaches. And of course we adored the fishing and lobstering. We caught our limit of lobsters fairly quickly and then cooked and enjoyed them. We also caught the famous baldchin groper which is magnificent eating. But as with many things, our time ended there because big wind was forecast so we returned to Geraldton and sat out the blow at anchor just off the town beach. Then we took off to go further north for more adventures.
