The keel hydraulic ram broke by me calling a dodgy mechanic from the phone book. The whole process of repair has been delayed many times and so far has taken 11 months. The end is near and progress has been made.
Also a heaps of boat projects including finding a bent stringer frame in the bow from a collision.
