Singlehanded Sailing To An Island!

Today I am taking you guys sailing on my 31ft sailboat all the way to an Island! We got rained on, stopped for fuel, and had great wind for about half the trip! It is my first time sailing this boat to Catalina Island! I build a rocker stopper along the way which will help the boat be less rocky at night! My pups will also be joining me for this sail as well as a camera man. I will be showing you guys the complete sail over, which we averaged 4 knots while we were under sail power. We also grabbed some ballon’s on the way and we saw a huge oil tanker! Once we get to Catalina we chat with the harbor patrol and grab a mooring for the evening! I’ll also be showing you guys how I get the mooring on the boat and how it holds the boat in place! It was a beautiful day after 9 hours of sailing we finally made it to Catalina! Thankfully everything went as planned for this trip! Thanks so much for watching, I hope to see you join in on the fun by hitting that subscribe button! In the next video I’m going to be anchoring my boat in Catalina, catching some fish, and snorkeling! It’s going to be awesome! If you made it to the bottom of the description, please leave me a comment and let me know because I will respond to you!
