Die nächste kleine Insel auf unserer Tour durch die Grenadinen... Mayreau ist sogar die kleinste bewohnte Insel der Grenadinen mit rund 300 Einwohnern. Sie ist bei Seglern sehr beliebt für einen kurzen Zwischenstop. Man kann gut ein paar ruhige Tage verbringen, weil dort echt nichts los ist. Man läuft von einem Ende zum Anderen nur eine Stunde. In der Saltwhistle Bay im Norden ist die Insel nur ein paar Meter breit mit Stränden auf beiden Seiten und Palmen in der Mitte. Traumhaft schön also....
