In this video, we share a winter surfing trip to Tofino, British Columbia. It happened to be an unusual weekend of weather, because it actually snowed while we were on the beach! When you are used to living on a sailboat, it is a huge luxury to stay in a motel for a few days, so had a very relaxing weekend and enjoyed the kitchen and open space.
Note: If you plan to visit Tofino to surf, it is very important to wear a suitable wetsuit, because the water temperature is very cold and it is dangerous to swim without a wetsuit to keep you warm! Take care of yourself out there and do you research ahead of time!
