What happens after the boat inspection? Is it a done deal?

After several weeks apart, and lots of traveling, Hillary and Ty are reunited in La Paz, with plans of purchasing a Polaris 43. We do some more inspecting, climbing the mast, checking the rigging and looking at the sails. Then, it’s time to make a final decision… go all-in and go for it, or walk away?
