DIY PRESSURE CANNING ON A BOAT [Side Adventure #4]

Join us on board our sailboat in Mexico as we walk through the steps of preserving fresh meat. We start with some local chorizo, and in just a few hours we process it to be completely sealed in mason jars and preserved via pressure canning, staying fresh for months on end without refrigeration. Pressure canning is easy to DIY and gives us fresh meat and produce when we are at sea, away from port, living off the grid.
