This past summer, after a several-week maintenance period in Annapolis, Andy sailed 59º North's Farr 65 FALKEN on the so-called 'Viking Route' from the Chesapeake to Iceland, via the spectacular Prins Christian Sund fjord system in southern Greenland. Andy will share details about the voyage, including the preparation of both boat and crew, how it compared to our passage to Spitsbergen in 2018, sailing amongst fog & ice in Greenland, the stupendous fjord system in the Prins Christian Sund, and the final stormy 800-miles across Denmark Strait to 66º North in Iceland.
