Why is van life ending? It's not because we don't love our off road camper van... This video was a while in the making, but we felt we needed to finish it.

A typical day working from the boat involves waking up, making coffee, taking our dinghy to shore, finding some wifi, walking on our lunch break...

We decided to shake up boat life and recently drove our 4x4 camper van through the coastal mountains on a beautiful summer camping trip!

One of the risks of van life during the winter months in Canada is that sometimes you get caught in a blizzard or snowstorm!

We thought we were finally getting the van back…until we got that phone call in Subway saying it was still broken down!

In this episode we tour Nova Scotia in our new rental car while our van is stuck at the Mitsubishi Dealership.

Our van broke down 7000 km away from home in what felt like the middle of nowhere. We almost made it to Nova Scotia but broke down on the side of the highway.

This was pretty cool... We drove our van across the ocean floor at low tide to explore an Island, cut off from land at high tide!

We continue to make our way East through the colourful maple forests of Ontario. We have loved exploring the stunning landscapes of this area in Canada.

We were able to find a great little campsite near the lake and this gave us a chance to go swimming! We also visited the Terry Fox monument.

Winter van life has some unique struggles, and as the seasons change from fall to winter we are finding fewer and fewer places to park the van for the night.

This is the first episode of our driving trip across Canada! We got our van all loaded up and set off north through British Columbia.
