The morning starts early, but the day on the water starts easy: a hotel pickup, a tea or coffee at Chalong Pier, and then the speedboat opens up and Phuket slips behind you. Around 10:00 you step onto Racha Island. Put on a mask and let the snorkeling begin, or sink your toes into the sand and do absolutely nothing.
