Please show your booking confirmation (printed or mobile) at the time of pickup. No physical ticket is required at the pier, but you must present the confirmation to our staff at Sea Angel Pier during check-in.

For a smooth experience, arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup at your hotel lobby or the designated meeting point.
