We find ourselves 2 days away from The Big Left Turn: leaving the Pacific Northwest to sail down the coast of the United States in our first offshore passage. And nothing (nothing) goes to plan.

The leak saga continues! We finally limp our way over to the haul out and put via on the hard, in the hopes that we can easily fix the leak and be back in the water the next day.

Pretty much any boat owners worst nightmare: we find a salt water leak in the boat that requires immediate attention, and fixing it does *not* go to plan. At all.
We went from zero sailing experience to full time cruisers in two years! So we're exited to close the second year of living hakuna by sharing all the details about our lifestyle as we get ready to start our third year of catamaran sailing.
