Sea Survival Training: Life Raft Flip, Car Underwater & Real Panic Moments - Ep. 66 [EN]
As part of my preparation for my solo sail around the world I went to a professional Sea Survival Training.
The most intense moment? Being locked inside a car, dropped into the water and flipped 180 degrees – total disorientation, heart pounding, learning to stay calm and escape.
Later we faced a full storm simulation in darkness with wind, thunder and waves. We finished in open water testing life jackets and group survival techniques.
This day was far more than theory – it was about facing fear, trusting yourself and preparing for the unexpected.
