Hickory flavoured bbq spare ribs on the menu tonight.
Behind the scenes, Wendy knocks up a dish with what she could find in the pantry. Sliced potatoes, sliced zucchini, sliced onion, baby spinach, garlic, sour cream, a dash of milk, salt and pepper, baked in the oven for a couple of hours. Not bad! Loosely entitled Potatoes Dauphinoise.
