WHY DID I START THIS CHALLENGE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE WINTER?
My interest in cold therapy all started a few years ago watching the Wim Hof VICE documentary. I was shocked at what the Iceman was capable of – swimming in a frozen lake, hiking snowy mountains in just a bathing suit, but even though I could see so many benefits of cold showers, I was NOT ready to jump in myself.
Cut to 2020 and I was finally ready to commit to a 30 Day Cold Shower Challenge. I can’t wait to share this crazy experiment with you. I turned out very differently than I expected and I hope that it inspires you to push yourself to get out of your comfort zone and learn what you are really capable of when you show up for yourself 🙂

I’m so happy that the first challenge was cold showers because it makes all the rest seem much more manageable. If you can stick with 30 days of freezing temps, you can handle anything!
