Fijians are honestly the friendliest people we've come across on this whole journey.
So genuinely happy, and it's made these first weeks incredible. We just needed some time to catch
up and get everything fixed and squared away before we could sail off and explore the islands.
Before that though, Rachel and I had one more commitment. One of the ways we've been financing
this trip is working on other people's boats, and we had just over a month of charter work lined up on
a big Oyster 72. Enough to save a bit so we could really enjoy the South Pacific without worrying
about money for a while.
