Located in the heart of Horta on Faial Island in the Azores, this iconic gathering place has welcomed generations of mariners crossing the Atlantic. Its walls are covered with pennants, flags, and mementos left behind by crews from around the world, each telling a story of adventure at sea.
During our visit aboard Moonfleet, we had the incredible honor of meeting Peter himself. In keeping with a long-standing maritime tradition, we exchanged one of our Moonfleet boat pennants for one of his. As lifelong sailors know, having your pennant displayed at Peter Café Sport is a badge of honor and a reminder that you've joined a very special community of ocean wanderers.
