We had a fruit and vegetables box delivery yesterday so i thought it would be a great time to show you what i eat when at home! This is an especially clean eating day and when i am out doing things and climbing and surfing i eat probably double this! Also, i forgot to include snacks in this video but i had a banana with peanut butter at about 11am and some dark chocolate after dinner.
I find eating fresh fruits and veggies makes me feel my best and i hope you enjoy watching!
