We are off in a few weeks and at the moment, we have shiny new batteries with no way to power them once off the marina power. However, thats all about to change.

Join us as we add two HUGE solar panels to Teulu and add an inverter and charge controller, meaning we can have as much power we want, even in the middle of an ocean…

Since meeting in 2018, it has always been our dream to buy a sailboat, and after lockdown and coming out of university, this idea seemed not only unrealistic but pretty insane. However, we worked hard, gained experience and in March 2022 bought our dream sailboat, a 1987 Colvic Victor ketch. Having little sailing experience and being a young couple, we have encountered a tonne of hurdles and made plenty of mistakes! but for every downfall, there has always been a reason to dust ourselves off and carry on. So hop on board, join our Teulu and lets see what this ‘living’ business is all about.
