Sailing into Nassau, Bahamas aboard Serenity!
Paradise Island and Atlantis Resort Marina adventure. After three days at sea, we finally reach one of our biggest milestones: docking at the famous Atlantis Marina on Paradise Island. This episode captures the excitement of sailing Nassau, navigating heavy boat traffic and cruise ships, and experiencing the Bahamas from the water.
We start anchored at Rose Island, watch birds having fish for breakfast, and lay out our plan to reach Paradise Island. Mistakes were made entering the channel, but Lisa and Katelyn prove they are docking rockstars once we arrive. From mooring lines to a marching band at Atlantis, a walking tour of the resort, dinner at Margaritaville, provisioning, and a stunning sunset over the marina, this day is packed with highlights.
