Dominica - The Caribbean's Biggest Secret - Part 1 of 2

Dominica – The Caribbean’s Biggest Secret – Part 1 of 2

Take a trip up Dominica’s Amazon River, the Indian River. The video includes the Sunday P.A.Y.S. beach party, a visit to a plantation, the amazing Milton waterfalls, the Dublanc fishing village, some sulfur springs, and views around Plymouth. A special thanks to our guide in Plymouth, ‘Providence’ for making our trip to Dominica so special.

Here’s what you’ll find in Part 1: you’ll get a wonderful view of the anchorage outside the capital city, Roseau. We stayed on a mooring ball for a couple nights and crew member Eve and I joined Paul from s/v Delphinus to walk 6 hours (return trip) to the world’s second-largest boiling lake.

After a tour of Roseau, we then motor along the coast and came across two sperm whales! You’ll see the sperm whales and my husband’s thoughts about swimming next to one of them! Afterward, the video shows our anchorage at Plymouth and an event held at Fort Shirley.
