Captain James’ best crepe recipe! Make breakfast for the WHOLE CREW with this easy-to-follow recipe. Wether you’re on a boat, in an RV, campervan, or conversion van, you can follow this same recipe for making crepes in a confined space.
Crepe Recipe:
1 cup flour per person
1 egg per person
water and milk to taste
Salt
Butter
Honey
All of the ingredients vary depending on how many CREW you have 🙂 Start with the flour, add milk and/or water until all the flour is evenly distributed. Add eggs. Add salt and honey to taste. Butter the pan before frying, or butter the crepes after. up to you!
