Living remote isn’t always postcard-perfect. This episode, we leave our quiet anchorage and head deeper into Indonesia’s Mentawai Islands — chasing surf, fresh food, and, hopefully, a full propane bottle. We get lucky with waves and local fruit trades, but not so much with gas, cash, or keeping our boardshorts safe! Reef cuts, a dodgy dental drama, and a DIY propane tree fill-up attempt remind us that paradise comes with a few challenges.
