Wave Rover the Back Story (Pacific Crossing and Atlantic Crossings)

This video is from a Webinar that I did for the American Schooner Association a couple of weeks ago. I discuss my early voyages and show some photos of the early days up to and including the current voyage.

During the summer of 2024, a Canadian sailor pulled into Annapolis from Prince Edward Island. Thirty-nine days later he arrived in Cork, Ireland in his self-designed, junk-rigged and home-built 21’ sailboat. This was not his first ocean crossing in a small craft. A longtime adventurer, Alan is a personable and knowledgeable sailor with a solid background in boat-building and a passion for sharing his experiences.
