Drone Crash in Epic Mangrove Tunnel – Sailing Supernova

The crew at Sailing Supernova is always looking for exciting new locations to explore, and their latest journey took them through some truly incredible mangroves in Panama. During this adventure, they encountered an unexpected twist when their drone crashed while trying to capture stunning shots of the area.

The team set out on a quest to explore a particularly intriguing section of mangrove tunnels. While they had previously visited the area, they hadn’t seen some of the hidden gems that were waiting for them. The beauty and serenity of Monkey Island captured their hearts, with playful monkeys approaching the crew as if they were old friends.

During this trip, the Sailing Supernova crew dined at a charming local eatery in Isla Grande. Their meal was nothing short of heavenly, boasting delicious dishes and breathtaking views. The atmosphere was truly enchanting, filled with fairy lights and colorful walls that perfectly accentuated the area’s allure.

Their return to the anchorage marked a bittersweet moment, as they learned their drone had suffered damage in the crash. However, they remained hopeful that it could still be salvaged. With lightning fast reflexes, they raced back to their boat before the impending storm.

Mangrove Drone Crash

Despite being experienced boaters and adventurous explorers, even Sailing Supernova faced a mishap while trying to capture breathtaking footage of the mangroves. The drone inadvertently hit one of the hanging tendrils and went into a nose-dive, plummeting straight into the water.

The team worked together to rescue their cherished drone from its watery grave. Though battered and bruised from the ordeal, they managed to salvage it and took extra measures to restore its functionality, such as soaking it in rice overnight.

In an effort to give the damaged drone a fighting chance, the Sailing Supernova team carefully wrapped it up and placed it in a bag of rice. They left it undisturbed for several days while researching potential solutions online. The results were yet to be seen but the crew remained optimistic that they could bring their trusty flying companion back to life.

Mangrove Exploration

The Sailing Supernova team’s journey continued with awe-inspiring experiences through the enchanting mangroves of Panama. These otherworldly landscapes featured breathtaking tunnel formations created by the lush trees and their interwoven roots.

In one instance, they found themselves sailing near a marina tucked away amidst the sprawling greenery – an unexpected find that added to the mystique and allure of this remarkable place. Although the team had been cautioned about venturing too close to the mangroves, they could not resist the temptation to capture their breathtaking beauty.

Adventure Continues

With lightning fast reflexes, the crew managed to make it back safely to their boat before the storm hit. Despite being drenched from head-to-toe, the team found solace in Cocoa’s comforting embrace and warm thoughts of their next destination: San Blas.

San Blas is a beautiful region where the waters sparkle like diamonds, thanks to its white sand bottom, which refracts sunlight. The islands are also famous for their heart-shaped shells. While it might seem too good to be true, Sailing Supernova promises an unforgettable journey and more captivating tales of adventure from this enchanted place.
