Installing our new Em-Trak AIS | Atlantic Prep | Sailing Sunday Ep. 102

* ALL FOOTAGE FILMED & INITIAL EDIT PRIOR TO FINNS DISAPPEARANCE.

This week we get a lot of final jobs done as we prepare to cross the Atlantic Ocean later this year. One of the most important items is having AIS and proper safety gear, so we hooked up a Em-Trak B954 Class B AIS Transceiver and SART100, probably something we should all have whether we are crossing the Atlantic or staying in the Med anyway…

We also cleaned off a whole new civilization from the bottom of our dinghy and believe it or not, we get a washing machine from Amazon that weighs as much as a mobile phone… Fingers crossed we get to use it before it breaks :/

We say goodbye to the 2 kittens, Miso and Tofu, that found their way to our boat this last month. They headed off to mainland Italy to a loving home and Brittni cried again (off camera)!
