We’re wrapping up framing and prepping for drywall. That means tackling the tedious but crucial process of blocking for heavy fixtures. We also make a major structural modification: cutting an engineered floor truss (with engineer approval) to gain stairwell headroom. Finally, we pull a well water sample for extensive lab testing before buying a filtration system.
