Beau had a fantastic birthday this year guys! We not only have my Mum and Terry visiting us, we also sail to the very cool Anthonys Bay on Rhodes, explore the local area, go off horse riding in the isolated mountains and coast of western Rhodes and enjoy a fabulous evening out to celebrate Beaus 15th 🤗
Next week guys we explore Lindos and say a sad goodbye not only to my Mum and Terry but Beau too!!!!

Hiking to an Observation Tower
What better way to kick off a birthday than with an adventurous hike? The Pickle crew embarked on a journey to a stunning observation tower, where they were met by beautiful views and even warmer winds. Despite the tower being closed at this time of year, the view was undoubtedly worth it. Just look at that scenery!
Swimming with Horses
One of the most memorable highlights of B’s birthday celebration? Swimming with horses. Not a common request, but this family knows how to turn up the excitement. The horses seemed just as thrilled for the unexpected pool time and splash around alongside their new human friends. It’s moments like these that make us feel truly connected to nature.
Relaxing by the Beach
Af ter such an action-packed day, it was finally time to unwind. Nikki, Chris, and B set their anchor near a lovely house and enjoyed some quality family time at their beach haven.
Reflecting on Wildfires in Rhodes
In case you didn’t know, wildfires once ravaged the beautiful island of Rhodes. NASA satellites caught images of the intense drought that led to these massive fires. But worry not – with time and perseverance, the island is bouncing back stronger than ever!
