Heartbreaking news: My dogs aren’t allowed into New Zealand 🤬 – (Episode 248)

We have an emotional episode this week as we say goodbye to Don, our oldest crew member we have ever had, at a ripe old age of 70! We also officially make the heartbreaking decision to leave the dogs behind in Tonga, because worst case scenario is that New Zealand customs will euthanize my pitbull if we try to sail there with him.

SV Parlay is a hurricane damaged Lagoon 450 catamaran, which Colin rebuilt with friends and has started sailing around the world. We found bulkhead damage on their catamaran in Panama, so have fixed her up, and are now sailing across the Pacific Ocean!!
