Finding a secret cave where 3000 people were burnt alive 🤯 (Episode 303)

In this episode we explore the island of Biak, which was a significant world war 2 battle site between the Japanese and the Allies. The Japanese were hiding out in a huge nature cave later called Goa Jepang, and when the USA found out about their hideout, they bombed the top of the cave open, and threw down barrels of gasoline and set them all on fire. It is known as the battle of Biak, but is rarely visited by tourists due to its remote location.

SV Parlay is a hurricane damaged Lagoon 450 catamaran, which Colin rebuilt with friends and has started sailing around the world. We found bulkhead damage on their catamaran in Panama, so have fixed her up, and are now sailing across the Pacific Ocean!!
