An Easter Detour Sailing The Ionian 🇬🇷 | Change Of Sail Plans
Ep. 201 ~ We kicked off the sailing season in the Ionian Sea expecting a relaxing Easter weekend… but a change in weather had other plans.
In this episode, we leave Preveza and sail through Lefkada and Meganisi before making an unexpected detour to the quiet island of Kastos. Along the way, we install new spreader cameras on our catamaran, tackle a few onboard projects and experience Greek Orthodox Easter with locals—complete with traditional food, celebrations, and life in a small island harbor.
From Preveza to Vlicho Bay to Vathy and finally Kastos, this is what sailing Greece in the shoulder season really looks like—changing plans, adapting to the weather and discovering places we didn’t expect.
