4 Days In Budapest 🇭🇺 The least expensive city in our Europe travels (Part 1)
Ep. 197 ~ In this episode of our Central Europe winter travels, we arrive in beautiful Budapest and spend our first day exploring some of the city’s most iconic landmarks.
Starting near the magnificent Hungarian Parliament Building, we wander along the Danube, climb up Gellért Hill for incredible panoramic views and cross the stunning Elizabeth and Liberty Bridges.
From there we visit Heroes’ Square and the fairytale-like Vajdahunyad Castle in City Park — one of the most unique architectural sites in Hungary.
Most of the year we live aboard our sailing catamaran in the Mediterranean, but during the winter we trade boat life for slow travel across Europe. Join us as we explore Budapest’s history, architecture and hidden corners while freezing slightly in the Hungarian winter.
