We have just sailed down from Norway to western Europe, on our wee ship. In this episode - big autumn winds arrive on the Portuguese coast, and we spend a long night on anchor watch with 40 knots of breeze. We get to know a Contessa 32, and head to sea together for the last leg of our descent of Europe. After two big storms have blown through, the Atlantic swell is still steep and imposing, making for some spicy sailing! The deep and turbulent waters of Portugal play host to some amazing wildlife, which we were lucky enough to see! This was an epic adventure of two classic boats on the high seas, lots of fun editing it together.
