SUZIE’S CHICKEN BROCCOLI
500g Chicken
500g Broccoli or Cauliflower
1 Tin cream of mushroom soup
250ml Mayonnaise
5ml lemon juice
5ml curry powder
250g cheddar cheese
2 slices bread
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook the chicken and dice
Preheat oven to 180C
Cook/Steam broccoli and break into pieces
Mix chicken and broccoli and put in oven proof dish
Combine soup , mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder
Pour over chicken and broccoli
Grate cheese and breadcrumbs and mix.
Sprinkle over dish. Dot with butter
Cook for 30 mins (bubbling)
Brown under the grill
