Building A Bowsprit! The design was in place, the white oak was ready, and Nick was excited start his woodworking journey and begin building a bowsprit.
The reason for building it was detailed in last week’s episode. We wanted a bigger anchor, and it didn’t fit our existing setup so, Nick designed this gorgeous new bowsprit for Ixion.
With our How To: Woodworking guru also known as Nick’s father, Nick was ready to dive in headfirst building this. We are all excited for the final result!
We did not know how to build a bowsprit when this all began, instead it was made from scratch. Truly it was the most fulfilling creative project Nick has done to date on Ixion! Hope you all enjoy.
