Electrical Fire Disaster | We can’t catch a break
What a momentous occasion this leg of the trip has been. We finally made it back to where it all began. Nine months ago, we purchased/adopted our Honu and we have finally ācircumnavigatedā back to Hilton Head with so much more knowledge than when we started with. It was an inspiring moment to look back on where we came from and where we are headed. Amongst all this warm and fuzzies and nostalgic monuments, the worst thing you could imagine that could happen on a boat happened to us.
F I R E! This is the second most scary word that is said on a boat. And at this point Iām not really surprised that we experienced this craziness on Honu. Nothing seems to shock us anymore. We are learning to roll with the punches and work the problem. Now Iām not going to say that this wasnāt a huge kick in the face. We always planned on upgrading our electricalā¦just not today š¤¦š»āāļø
So here we go again, Electrical 2.0
