Dead in the Water : Rescue Mission in the Caribbean

Our Highfield dinghy is our mode of transportation when our sailboat is at anchorage. We use it for exploring, getting provisions, working on the exterior of our boat and just about anything you can think of when we leave honu. So you can imagine having a reliable motor and inflatable are very important to us.

Our Yamaha 25 has given us the freedom to explore so many places that our 46ft Hunter can not get to. We have traveled into tiny inlets, circled islands to find private beaches and even rescued a stranded boat or two.

When people ask why we have such a large motor on our dinghy it’s a simple answer we like to get to places most people can not and we like to do it fast!
