We feel so grateful and blessed to have this opportunity that we worked so hard to make happen, and for the moment the world is our oysterā¦or lobster!
BTW It’s amazing what you can learn from YouTube videos. We had no clue how to clean a lobster properly. thanks to @LandsharkOutdoors for the best (we think) how to videos on fish processing. But they always say the right tool makes the job easier @DexterOutdoors knives are the best we have come across.
