Best Day of Sailing...Yet!
There is nothing like being in the on the water and the sun is and a breeze kicks just enough to make you think is it time to to raise the sails…🌬⛵
This week we were totally blessed with 2 days of pure magic. It was one of those times when it didn’t matter what you did, it was all just flowing right.
We had the opportunity to really work on our techniques when going into a maneuver as well as learning to read each other, and knowing when it was time to adjust something or catching that one thing to make everything flow better, faster, and smoother.
That is one thing that I am truly loving about sailing this boat, it is something that we are learning together. Neither of us were sailors before this adventure. We had been on friends boats and did what we were told, but we were never the captain. Some of it wore off on us, but in actuality we are learning this together.👨🎓👩🎓 And it’s amazing how easy it is for us to be able to read each others thoughts and correct something before it’s even talked about.
I know this is pure cheese, but I’m totally loving this new adventure and all it has to offer! 🤙😎
